The four universities are members of the European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU), a continent-wide network to share and build on the success of its members as entrepreneurial institutions. All have academic strengths in engineering; all are young and innovative; and all have close ties to industry and to the regions in which they are situated. The partner universities are committed to the development and implementation of new forms ot teaching, training and research. They assure a progressive culture within their walls and sustain and nurture internationally-minded staff and students. The ECIU designed GIM for excellent students who are ready to meet this challenge.
