Deadlines

The closing date for both Category A and Category B scholarship applications is 31st January 2012. A separate application to ERASMUS MUNDUS is NOT necessary.

Non European students applying without scholarship support must apply by 31 April 2012, applications from EU nationals must be received by 31 July 2012.

What Next?

When you apply online you will be given a username and password so that you can log onto the application system and view the status of your application. You will also be assigned an application number which you should quote if making any further enquiries. Please note that it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all the requested documentation has been uploaded with the application. If an application is "incomplete" after the deadline stated, or any  of the requested documents are missing then it will not be possible to consider the application.

All scholarship applicants will receive a letter by email by 1st April 2012. The letter will confirm either:

• that you have been forwarded to Erasmus Mundus as a scholarship or reserve candidate;
• that you have been selected for the programme without scholarship;
• that your application has been unsuccessful. 

Erasmus Mundus will formally confirm all scholarship and scholarship reserve candidates some time in May. Your place will be confirmed by the GIM consortium directly after this.
