Applications should be sent to the administrating institution, the University of Strathclyde. A seperate application to ERASMUS MUNDUS is NOT necessary.

Applicants are reminded that they should not apply for any more than 3 Erasmus Mundus courses at the same time. Applying to more than 3 programmes will invalidate all scholarship applications.

Applicants should send all of the following supporting documentation as one package, along with the completed application (or following an online application separately):

• Appendix / cover Sheet to the application (download the 2009 version here)
• Covering letter (max. 1 page) and summary CV (max. 2 pages) outlining why you should be considered for the course
• Two references 
• A copy of the first degree certificate, including confirmation of the level of award (GPA, if award level not stated on certificate)
• English Language Proficiency certificate (see Entry Requirments)
• A photocopy of your passport
